How to Reserve Meeting & Event Space
Occasionally, we all need a little bit of extra space for mission-planning meetings. Our Flagstaff Campus offers state-of-the-art conference rooms in our Incubator (Building A) and Accelerator (Building B), with views that inspire moonshot thinking for our tenants and non-member entities (as permitted). FOR MOONSHOT CAMPUS TENANTS/MEMBERS
If you currently lease space (office, lab, or manufacturing) on our Flagstaff Campus, please click the link below to login into your Skedda meeting reservation account. There is no charge for meeting room rentals for Moonshot tenants/members. Upon moving in, you will be issued a Skedda meeting account. Moonshot tenants/members may reserve conference space on weekends and after-hours.
FOR NON-MEMBERS (Those not leasing space at Moonshot)
While we have two conference rooms for rent, we are not a full-fledged conference/meeting room rental space. Our primary function is to provide programming and office/lab space (and meeting space) for the startup founders and companies on our campus.
If you're not currently leasing office, lab, or manufacturing space at our Flagstaff Campus, please complete the "Conference Room Reservation Agreement" form below. Our team will send you a Skedda registration email at the earliest convenience. Non-members will be required to pay the rental fees upon booking using our Skedda meeting reservation system. Rental fees and descriptions are listed below in Meeting Room Details.

8:30 am is the earliest time you can access the conference room spaces. Please schedule accordingly if you have any set-up prior to the beginning of your meeting.
Non-members are unable to schedule a conference space less than 72 hours in advance of their event.
Moonshot reserves the right to cancel, or shift meeting spaces based on Moonshot tenant/member demand and EOC operations events. Moonshot will always communicate with the entity that is booking before any changes are made.
Non-members are not permitted to book after hours during the week. Weekend bookings are not permitted for non-members. Moonshot Flagstaff Campus conference space hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday.
Cancellation policy:
A full refund will be issued for any reservations cancelled 30 days prior, or if the City of Flagstaff Emergency Management takes the room and alternate accommodations cannot be made.
A 50% refund can be issued for cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to your event.
Refunds will be issued through Stripe (our booking payment processor) and will take 5-7 days to reflect in your account.
Reservation re-bookings can be made within 72 hours of your event and an alternative date must be provided at time of the re-booking request. Please email flagstaff@moonshotaz.com to request a date change.
