Main Conference Room

The Accelerator's Main Conference Room (in Building B) seats roughly 60 people comfortably with chairs ONLY - NO TABLES, or 30 people lecture-style with chairs AND rolling, configurable tables (see photos below)

INCLUDES: 

  • Two drop-down projection screens (wired into ceiling-mounted projection system and professional sound)

  • Two mounted LCD TVs and a stationary white board

  • Podium

  • HDMI connection to audio visual equipment

  • Gorgeous view facing the San Francisco peaks

  • Rectangular shaped tables (no circular tables are available)

RENTAL RATES:

  • *Moonshot Tenants/Members may reserve rooms free-of-charge*

  • $125 Full day rental /$75 half-day rental for the public - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday are standard hours. Weekends and after hours bookings are not permitted for non-Moonshot members.

  • Sales tax and Stripe processing fee will be added to the reservation cost. 

  • Conference room rentals/reservations are first come/first serve and are self-serve as well.

BUFFER BETWEEN RESERVATIONS:

  • We are instituting a 30-minute buffer gap between bookings in our Accelerator Main Conference Room.

SELF-SERVICE ROOM RENTAL:​

  • These are self-service conference room rentals. We do not offer food and beverage service; however, you are permitted to bring food and beverages (excluding alcohol) into the meeting space.​ Please note that our on-site kitchen is solely for tenants and is not included in the meeting room reservation space.

  • The side doors are not allowed to be propped, unless it is for a few minutes to bring items in or items out to your vehicle. These doors cannot be propped for any other reasons.

  • All attendees are required to return the conference room they reserved to its original state (tables, chairs, trash in bins) before leaving the facility. If you'd like to reconfigure the room, you may do so; however, you will need to return the room to its original state prior to leaving. Rooms that are in disarray will be subject to a clean up fee of $100.00.​ ​

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • A full refund will be issued for any reservations cancelled 30 days prior, or if the City of Flagstaff Emergency Management takes the room and alternate accommodations cannot be made.

  • A 50% refund can be issued for cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to your event.

  • Refunds will be issued through Stripe (our booking payment processor) and will take 5-7 days to reflect in your account.

  • Reservation re-bookings can be made within 72 hours of your event and an alternative date must be provided at time of the re-booking request. Please email flagstaff@moonshotaz.com to request a date change.


HOW TO RESERVE A ROOM:

To reserve and pay for a room (as a non-member), you must first fill out a Conference Room Rental Agreement, then you'll be sent a Skedda login link to create your account for self-booking/payment.
